At CRSPL, we aim to bestow the exquisite Environmental Compliance, financial, Legal Compliance, and secretarial services through the internet. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, please get in touch with us immediately. We will correct the situation and provide a refund or offer credit adjusted in future CRSPL orders.

When fee payment is made to CRSPL, the fees paid in advance are retained by CRSPL. CRSPL shall acquire the fees upon working on a client's issue. During an engagement, CRSPL earns fees at different rates and times depending upon completing various breakthroughs (e.g., Government Fee Payments, filing of forms, Traveling etc.).
Refunds will not be allocated for the resources and man-hours spent on fulfilling the service, which is non-remittable. Furthermore, we will not be able to refund or credit any money paid to the government entities, such as government filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties having a role in processing your order.
CRSPL will Refund inquiries through firstname.lastname@example.org. All rebate requests must be made within ten days of purchase. We will complete the processing of your repayment request within 30 business days after receiving all information required for processing the refund, like the reason for the rebate, bank details for the processing request, etc.
If you want to revise the service which you ordered for a peculiar reason, then in such case, you must request this revision of service within ten days of placing the order. The original order price of the service, less the earned/professional fees payable to CRSPL for availing services(s) plus any payment or money made to the government entities, such as government fees, filing fees or taxes, or to third parties having a role in taking your order further, will be credited to your new/updated service request as has been raised with the CRSPL.
CRSPL has set a standard pricing policy for various services, and clients of every category can opt for a service as per their needs. The prices are subject to change concerning territorial jurisdiction of a state, kind and number of services served to the client.
We keep the right to change the prices as quoted on our website at any given time, but this will not affect preceding contracts that are placed already. Our pricing policy is not applicable for an increase in the total fee paid by the client to CRSPL due to the rise of government fees or fees incurred due to the government resubmission or rejection or completion of legal documentation. We are not liable for any other cost incurred by the client to complete the service.
Prices on the website may sometimes be incorrectly quoted; accordingly, we will check the costs as part of our sale policy so that the correct price will be notified before the contract comes into force.
We cannot guarantee the results or conclusion of a particular procedure. For example, the government may reject a trademark application for legal reasons beyond the scope of CRSPL's service. In some cases, government problems or backlogs with the government websites (e.g., State Pollution, Income Tax website, FSSAI, MCA website, Central Pollution Website etc.) can lead to long postponement before your procedure is complete. CRSPL does not guarantee the outcomes of the services yielded by our Service Officer or for services provided by the Experts from the nearest platform(s), who CRSPL does not employ. Problems like these are out of our control and are not protected by this guarantee or qualified for a refund. Hence, a delay in processing your file by the Government authorities cannot be a ground for a refund.
CRSPL shall not be liable to the client for any failure in performing the acts beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, terrorist acts, shortage of supply, or malfunction of computer facilities, breakdowns or malfunctions, governmental actions, or loss of data due to electricity failures or mechanical difficulties with retrieval systems, labour difficulties, war, or civil unrest.
Since we're incurring costs and committing our time, manpower, technology resources and effort to provide you with a satisfactory service, we consider only those refund requests where the client is dissatisfied with our service and where no work has been initiated by us in delivering the service. We strongly do not consider refund requests where the request has been raised by you due to a change in your family situation / financial situation or due to a change in your mood. In case you require us to hold the process of a service, we will hold the fees paid by you till you are ready to embark upon the service.
Our team will try their best to complete the service before considering any refund request. However, in case you are unhappy with our service, and there is a valid ground of non-performance of service, a refund will be made after deducting cancellation charges (50% of professional fees payable to us for availing service(s) along with the fees paid to the government)., A cancellation fee will not be levied in case of a change of service(s).
