Matter of Disputes and Jurisdictional Aspects

Any legal dispute related to COMPLIANCE & REGISTRATION SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (CRSPL) will be resolved within the jurisdiction of Delhi. All legal matters are subject to the applicable laws of New Delhi and shall be adjudicated in the courts located in New Delhi only.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement and any disputes arising from the use of COMPLIANCE & REGISTRATION SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED or website are governed by the laws of India. Both the Member and the Company hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India. By using the Site and becoming a Member, you accept the terms of this Agreement, which represents the entire understanding between you and CRSPL regarding the use of the Site and/or the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
