Minimum 06 Months to 12 Months in IT Company or Law Firm
Skills & Knowledge
- Good Communication skills and Dressing sense;
- Basic Knowledge of Computer, Word, Excel and Internet;
- Basic Knowledge of Receptionist, Humen Resources (Onboarding and Record-Keeping) and Administration works;
- Capacity to handle various tasks simultaneously;
- Time management, client management, phone call management, staff management and other allied skills
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, welcoming visitors and handling phone calls;
- Schedule and confirm appointments for meetings and interviews;
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry and filing;
- Assist with recruitment tasks, such as job postings and resume screening;
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation processes;
- Maintain and update HR records and employee files;
- Manage HR-related correspondence and communication;
- Support basic HR functions, including payroll and benefits administration;
- Coordinate HR-related events, training sessions and meetings;
- Resolve day-to-day HR and administrative issues for employees and visitors
- Other allied works, if any
Salary & Offers
Your consolidated salary will be ₹1,56,000 to ₹2,16,000 per annum (Cost to Company)
