Skills & Knowledge
  • Good verbal and written english communication;

  • Good knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, LLP Act, 2008, IPR, IBC, FEMA, Relevant Rules & Regulations and other Corporate Laws;
  • Expert knowledge and skill of drafting of various authorities replies, contracts, agreements, applications, petitions and other allied things;
  • Ability to understand clients, department and organization requirements and handling the same with positive mindset.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Handling various registrations, approvals and compliancies; 
  • Drafting of various replies, contracts, agreements, applications and petitions;
  • Client communication, follow-ups and appearances/liasoning before various authorities like ROC, RD, NCLT, SEBI, RBI e.t.c.;
  • Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action;
  • Other allied activities to manage the client's organization. 
Salary & Offers

Your consolidated salary will be ₹3,00,000 to ₹4,00,000 per annam (Cost to Company)
